These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the services of Spreadz ("Spreadz", "we", "us") by customers ("User", "you", "your"). The use of our services is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Conclusion of contract
The use of Spreadz Services requires the conclusion of a contract between you and Spreadz. This contract can be concluded by registering on our tool or otherwise agreeing to these terms and conditions.
3. Services from Spreadz
Spreadz offers a platform for referral campaigns and customer loyalty. We provide tools and functions for creating, managing and executing referral actions.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices for using Spreadz services are set out in our tariffs and offers. You agree to pay the respective fees in accordance with the payment terms.
5. Right of withdrawal and right of return
Since Spreadz is primarily a B2B platform, the cancellation and return rights under applicable laws do not apply to our services. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this point. Spreadz users pay for the specified period of use.
6. Data protection and data security

7. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks on our platform are the intellectual property of Spreadz. The use of this content is subject to our Terms of Use and may not be reproduced or reused without our express consent.
8. Termination and termination of the contract
You can terminate your contract with Spreadz in accordance with the conditions set out in our Terms of Use, i.e. always immediately. We reserve the right to block your access to our services or terminate the contract for good cause.
9. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. The contract between you and Spreadz is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional agreements. Changes to these terms and conditions must be made in writing.
